En lille tekst om mig 🙋‍♀️

🙋‍♀️ Om mig

Jeg hedder Therese Waltersdorff og har en baggrund i medie-, tele- og underholdningsbranchen, hvor jeg har arbejdet med salg, rådgivning og branding. Med en kommerciel forståelse og uddannelser inden for marketing, ledelse og coaching, kombinerer jeg forretningsblik og menneskelig indsigt i en værktøjsbaseret tilgang, der hjælper andre med at træffe oplyste beslutninger – og handle på dem.

Som facilitator skaber jeg rum, hvor der både er plads til refleksion, ægte dialog og skub til handling. Jeg har været moderator på en række større events – bl.a. flere gange på Folkemødet – og arbejder til daglig med virksomheder og ledere, der vil udvikle både sig selv og deres virksomhed.

Jeg er forfatter til 7 bøger, blandt andet om mødeledelse, personlig branding og præsentationsteknik. Jeg er også klummeskribent med over 105 klummer bag mig – og vært på podcasten Idé til handling.
